Ingredients

• 1 oz. Whisky (Islay Single Malt Scotch)
• 1 oz. Apple Brandy
• 1/2 oz. Benedictine
• 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled old fashioned glass.
